Terms & Conditions of Sale

Scope

These conditions apply to all contracts concluded with Nutriforce via our website. A consumer is any natural person acting outside a commercial or professional activity; an entrepreneur acts in the exercise of such activity. Customers are responsible for their purchase decisions.

Formation of the Contract

• Add the desired products to your basket.
• Provide your details and select delivery and payment methods.
• Review all order details on the confirmation page; you can change or cancel any information before final submission.
• Click "complete order" to confirm — this creates a binding contract.

Order processing and related communications are partly automated and occur by email, so please ensure your email address is correct and not blocked by spam filters. Products are sold in ordinary consumer quantities and may not be purchased by minors.

Product Information and Use

Each product page displays usage guidance and any warnings; purchase constitutes acceptance of them. Dosage guidance is based on scientific studies or traditional use. Always consult a healthcare professional before using any supplement. Nutriforce cannot be held liable for the effects of supplements where guidance and warnings have not been followed.

Payment

Prices shown include all applicable taxes; shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. For standard deliveries to the UK and Europe, payment is charged shortly after the order is placed. Goods remain the property of Nutriforce until full payment is received. You are responsible for any bank charges resulting from a payment rejected through your fault.

Subscriptions

Some products may be purchased as subscriptions, with the billing frequency chosen at sign-up. A subscription commits you for a minimum of three billing periods, after which it renews automatically for equal periods unless cancelled at least 10 days before renewal. You may manage or cancel a subscription from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Subscription products are not eligible for returns or the satisfaction guarantee.

Warranty

Your statutory rights regarding defective goods apply. As a consumer, please check goods on delivery for completeness, visible defects and transport damage, and notify us and the carrier promptly.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

The statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to food supplements and products with an expiry date; returns are governed by these conditions.

• Free returns within 90 days are available to customers who have made a previous purchase (not first orders). Products must be unopened and in perfect condition.
• Satisfaction guarantee: to qualify, contact [email protected] within 60 days of your order. Conditions apply (recommended dosage followed, regular use, supporting evidence, one guarantee per customer per year; excludes sale items and subscriptions).

To exercise a return, contact [email protected] stating your reason before sending anything back. Never return goods unpaid, as carrier surcharges will be invoiced to you. Refunds are issued once goods are received and inspected in the agreed condition.

Liability

Nutriforce's liability is unlimited for damage caused by intent or gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of fundamental contractual obligations and to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Please verify expiry dates within 7 days of receipt to ensure adequate shelf life for your intended use.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Nutriforce may amend these terms; your order is subject to the terms in force at the time of the offer.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid on all products and expire three years after purchase. Enter the code at checkout; the value is deducted from your order, and any remaining balance is kept as account credit for future purchases. Redemption is free of charge.
