3. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax where required. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel any order. A contract is formed only when we confirm shipment.

4. Subscriptions

Where you choose "Subscribe & Save", your first order ships at the regular price and each renewal is discounted as shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time after the minimum commitment shown at checkout, from your account or by emailing [email protected].

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutriforce US LLC's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
