Overview

Refunds are generally issued as store credit, except in exceptional circumstances. The conditions below set out who is eligible and how the process works.

Return Conditions

Free returns within 90 days are available to customers who have made at least one previous purchase — this helps prevent abuse. Food supplements are perishable and not covered by the statutory 14-day withdrawal right; our terms and conditions are the sole policy governing returns. For first-time purchases, returns are assessed case by case. For any enquiry, contact [email protected]. A satisfaction-guarantee programme is also detailed in our terms and conditions.

How to Return a Product

1. Take several photographs showing the product unopened.
2. Email the images and your order number to [email protected].
3. We'll send you a return label.
4. Pack the item carefully — it must arrive in like-new condition for the refund to be approved — and return it using the provided label.
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
