Your return request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Opened products

We accept returns on opened products — we understand you need to try a supplement to know if it’s right for you. For first orders, the product must show a delivery-related issue (damage, wrong item, etc.). For returning customers, opened products are accepted for any reason.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on free samples, promotional items, or products purchased through third-party retailers. Gift cards are non-refundable.

We’ll confirm your eligibility and send you a return shipping address along with any specific instructions for your case.

Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Get your refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost — no need to return the original product first. Just email us at [email protected] with a photo of the issue, and we’ll ship the replacement right away.

For all other exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

How long do I have to request a return?
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. After 90 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
I’m a first-time customer and I don’t like the product. Can I get a refund?
For first orders, our policy covers delivery-related issues such as damaged products, wrong items, or lost shipments. If your product arrived in perfect condition, we encourage you to complete the recommended usage period — most of our supplements show results over consistent use. Do I need to return the product to get a refund?

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damage during shipping), we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Can I return a product I bought on sale?
Yes, sale items follow the same return policy as regular-priced items. Your refund will be based on the price you actually paid.
